New Year’s Eve, Its Time to Party
It is New Year’s Eve. Before the champagne starts popping, it is time to do your makeup for the final event of the year. You have your outfit picked out. You know where you are going. Now it is time to do your makeup for New Year’s Eve.
The best look to do for New Year’s Eve is a smoky eye. You can do this with a glossy lip. Make sure that you use a dark black mascara for a dramatic affect. You can use some shimmer powder on the top of your cheekbone to give you a sparkly affect.
New Year’s Eve is a good time to experiment with new colors and techniques. Have fun with it.
